FAQs

Can I walk in, or do I need to book?

We recommend calling ahead when possible so our team can prepare and prioritise your care. However, we understand emergencies don’t always give notice. If you’re in pain, please walk in. We’ll do everything we can to see you promptly.

What should I do if I have sudden wisdom tooth pain?

Wisdom tooth pain can flare up quickly and be very uncomfortable, especially if the tooth is impacted or infected. You can rinse your mouth with warm salt water to help reduce bacteria and swelling, and take over-the-counter pain relief if needed. Then, call us straight away. Wisdom tooth problems can worsen rapidly, and we’ll do our best to see you the same day.

Do you accept emergency appointments from new patients?

Yes, absolutely! We warmly welcome new patients, even in emergencies. You don’t need to have visited us before. If you need urgent care, we’re here to help. After your emergency visit, we’d be glad to support you with ongoing dental care if you choose to stay with us.
